I’m Grace Kim, a Sydney-based professional pianist and music educator with over a decade of experience in both performing and teaching. With a Bachelor of Music and Education and a Master of Music, I bring together formal training and real-world performance experience to create lessons that are both enriching and enjoyable.
My Story
As a pianist, I’ve performed in a wide variety of settings — from concerts and ensembles to musicals, corporate events, and private functions. These experiences allow me to share with my students not only strong technical skills, but also the artistry and versatility that make music meaningful and exciting.
Over the years, I’ve taught students of all ages and levels, from young beginners to advanced performers. I specialise in AMEB exam preparation, HSC performance coaching, and advanced theory and musicianship, while also working with students who simply want to learn for the joy of playing. My goal is to ensure every student feels supported and motivated, whether they’re preparing for milestones or exploring music at their own pace.
